Throttle body-TPS/AIS help

My car has been accelerating on its own & the RPMs are very high. (Sometimes when I start the car the RPM is high 2000/3000, & sometimes when I'm drive it accelerates On its own). I've sprayed the valves with starter fluid & the RPM do not appear to go up. I decided to clean the throttlebody and replace those sensors. Any suggestions as to what website to buy my IAS & gadgets? No auto parts store seems to sell these.
I'm in the Southern California area (Temecula) and I need to replace my TPS and IAS sensors.
I'm new to the car world and I'm unsure of many things, I'm open to suggestions and hits as to this RPM problem
