1988 Plymouth Reliant 2.5

Alright so my Aunt who is now dead, bought it this April with 69,500 original miles. It's over 90% original, and has 93,330 miles now. It started surging as soon as it got cold out, checked and it threw code 13 so I replaced the MAP and it seemed to help, but still surged. I was doing the old spray starting fluid on the lines to find the lines that are bad, which worked, and then it ran out of gas, or so we guessed. I sprayed starting fluid through it and it ran, next day put all the lines back on it, cranks no spark, CEL won't even come on, fuel pump isn't activating, and everything seems to be pointing to the distributor which is 100% factory original.

Anyone else have any ideas?
