Newbie w/ 83 LeBaron Mark Cross Convertible

Greetings! I am new to the site with what is probably is a tired question regarding the Mikuni carb on my car's 2.6 Mitsibushi engine.

I'm told by mechanic that it would best to replace it as right now at the first start of the day, I get the black smoke, chugging, etc.
Reminds me of my old Dodge Dart and the manual choke!

I would greatly appreciate if the sages here could steer me to a reputable site or locale to purchase one...Also, as I am in the market to perhaps sell, what's the going rate? I've got 84,000 miles, all original equipment, and the interior and body are in very good condition.
