84 Reliant with 54k!

I just purchased an 84 Reliant sedan with 54k on it! It was owned by the daughter of the origional owner. She drove it since 1989. It is a base model. White with maroon interior, 2.2 auto, ac, am radio. has some issues due to age but will still do 70mph easily on the highway. The carb has a small leak, and I'm having a hard time finding 13inch tires. Any suggestions?
