when I was 18 I bought a 82 two door reliant new. People thought I was a nerd for buying a k car. Until they wanted to borrow it. It was a good car. I had the car for two years and had to sell it because I got stationed overseas in the military and could not take it with me. Of all the cars I've owned that k car is the one I have the fondest memories of. I started looking for a 82 reliant about a year ago but had no luck so I started looking for a lebaron and found a 82 lebaron convertible with a 2.6. There are a few problems with it but part of the fun is fixing it. I hope the folks at the club can help me some. One problem is the dimer switch is broke at the turn signal switch and I can't find the part anywhere. Its good to know that there are people out there that love k cars too.
