Adding Air Conditioning to my Super-K Dodge 400 Convertible

I have a question that may make a few people scratch their heads... I have a dodge 400 convertible (2.2 Liter carb) and it did not come with factory air conditioning and I was wondering how hard would it be to add air conditioning to the car. I have looked on ebay and found all parts needed (condenser, hoses, compressor, etc.) but I would like to know how hard or practical would this be to do? Has this ever been done?
