Help, can't find a Mitsubishi 2.6 1982 EGR VALVE.

And if I remember correctly..It can be interchanged to this Airtex number 4F1459..but don't hold me to that one..I do know the part numbers I listed above are the exact match...Hope this helped out some..

Posted: Wed Oct 01, 2014 4:34 amIt's because of the age of when it was last used in any type of vehicle...If you stop and really look...2.6 Mitsubishi's had about a 6-7 year span...and most are gone now...2.2 and 2.5 was all the way up until 95 when Chrysler switched over to the 2.4 which is what PT Cruisers and the Mini Vans have..The 2.6 was a strong engine but had issues with cracking in between number 3 valve and timing guides wearing out...I have been there done this with a 84 Lebaron I owned many moons ago...But glad I could help...Let me know if I can help in anyway...By the way....I just bought a 85 Lebaron convertible with a 2.2 and a 85 Dodge 600 convertible which are sister cars from the St. Louis plant..I couldn't believe they were from the same line...lol...Take care...
